"Central Oregon Safe Kids"

Dave Howe, a battalion chief for Bend Fire Department, will outline the Central Oregon Safe Kids program. The program focuses on two areas: properly installing infant and child car seats, and proper use and fitting of bicycle safety helmets.

* After their presentation, Bend High Desert Rotarians gave $250 to the program to buy car seats for families in need.
